On Wednesday October 12th at the Manhattan Club at Rosie O’Grady’s in New York City, the Cosmetic Industry Buyers and Suppliers (CIBS) association welcomed 24 new members to the group. CIBS members are cosmetic industry business professionals who represent finished goods, packaging, fragrance & chemicals and related business functions.
